interview with Martin Buczko, choreograph
Fidelio the famous cultural magazine in Hungary interviewed the Moscow born hungarian-slovakian dancer and choreograph, Martin Buczkó.
You can read about the artist -for the first time in Hungary-, who left the country in 1997 for an exclusive solist contract with chilean the Ballet de Santiago.
The choreograph -currently living in Berlin-, speaks about the decade with the Staatsballett Berlin, the life in the company directed by Vladimir Malakhov, dancing and working together with the rising stars of the Ballet world such as Polina Semionova or Shoko Nakamura or even with the director himself, Vladimir Malakhov. He tells about his newly formed company, the Ensemble Terrible. He reveals the secret of mastering the ballet-technique, what is beyond that and how you can pass it on.
